Payments, Deposits, Refunds:
- A non-refundable $100 deposit will hold your place at camp. Don’t wait!
- Full payment can be made at registration or by May 18th, 2023.
- A $50 late fee will apply to registrations or payments received after May 18th.
- For a refund (less deposit, which can be credited to next year’s camp), notify us by June 1st.
- No refunds after June 1st (extenuating circumstances, including COVID, considered case-by-case).

As mentioned, NHMC is a non-profit. Credit cards and PayPal charge NHMC significant fees, money that would otherwise go toward our programs. As a result there will be a one-time $30 charge per camper to cover these fees.
Please note, his is a one-time charge per camper for tuition. Whether pay your tuition in full, your deposit, your balance, or late fee, you need only pay this fee once. The $30 charge is due with the first use of Credit Card or PayPal.

Please be sure you've already submitted the initial registration information to NHMC. Now all you need to do is write a check payable to Northeast Heritage Camp in the amount that represents your preferences from the list below, and mail it to the address below.
Prefer to register by mail? Again, no problem!
Please download a copy of the NHMC REGISTRATION, fill it out, make your check payable to Northeast Heritage Music Camp, and mail everything to the address on the form (also found below).

The Northeast Heritage Music Camp Scholarship Fund has helped many young and adult musicians attend camp who otherwise might not have had the opportunity to participate in this wonderful experience. Some of those students have gone on to become accomplished musicians in their own right and now give back to the musical community by teaching at camps like NHMC throughout the country. Any amount you can contribute will help another musician on their musical journey.
