Registration and payment for NHMC can be completed online through the following two-step process. First, please provide your contact info and other fun facts below. Then choose your registration and lodging options and make your payment in Step 2.
Checks are preferred as credit card payments and PayPal cost NHMC a significant fee.
Prefer to register online but pay by mail? No problem!
Please be sure you've already submitted the initial registration information to NHMC. Now all you need to do is write a check payable to Northeast Heritage Music Camp in the amount that represents your preferences from the list below, and mail it to the address below.
Prefer to register by mail? Again, no problem!
Please download a copy of the NHMC Registration, fill it out, make your check payable to Northeast Heritage Music Camp, and mail everything to the address on the form (also found below).

Deposit & Refund Policy:
Camp tuition includes a $100 non-refundable deposit.
For early bird registration, $100 deposit will hold your space at time of registration, with full tuition due by 3/1/20 (early bird discount), or no later than 5/15/20 for regular registration.
Please note: there will be a $50 surcharge for registration or any balance due received after May 15, 2020.
Early Bird and Regular registration fees are refundable (less the $100 deposit) up to May 15, 2020 or can be credited (less the $100 deposit) to the next year's NHMC camp. Request for refund/credit must be received in writing by May 15, 2020.

Please download the NHMC Registration Form, choose your options, have a parent or legal guardian sign as needed, include a check made payable to Northeast Heritage Music Camp, and mail the whole kit and caboodle to the address on the registration form (also found below).

Can't attend for the full week?
We view our week-long program as an integrated whole, and we are understandably reluctant to break it down and offer it by the day. At NHMC the whole really is greater than the sum of the parts, and most of our expenses are the same whether a student is at camp three days or six. All that said, we know that from time to time someone may wish to attend even though circumstances make it impossible for him or her to spend the whole week, and we sympathize. When such situations arise we will deal with them on a case-by-case basis, but prices will necessarily be higher when taken day-by-day. Please contact us directly to discuss this option.
Accommodations:
Please note, there are no private rooms. Other than camping, all housing is shared and will have 2-4 people per room. Ecolodge accommodations are first come, first served.
Not up for the camping experience? There are a number of off-site accommodations in the area easily researched online. If you choose to stay off-site, register as a commuter.
