Ready for a gentle re-entry to sharing in the music we all love so much? Hold onto your hats, pack a cozy sweatshirt and SAVE the date! NORTHEAST HERITAGE MUSIC CAMP is excited to announce that we’re holding an in-person gathering at our home base of the Common Ground Center in Starksboro, VT from Thursday evening September 2rd through Sunday morning the 5th. Following all current and expected safe post-pandemic guidelines, the event will be smaller in overall numbers onsite (staffing and campers) while including many of the engaging and fun ingredients that have kept folks returning to ‘Nahumca’ year after year.
We’ll welcome back fiddlers BECKY TRACY and KATIE McNALLY, as well as a return visit from pianist NEIL PEARLMAN and a first appearance from guitarist MAX NEWMAN. Expect workshops (some collaborative), jams, mini-concerts and hangouts along with informal singing. All activities including delicious catered meals will be in open air settings (under tents or on screen porches), while housing will be private rooms (you and/or with your pod/partner).
We are capping attendance at 40 fully vaccinated campers, so you’ll want to register early (**link here**)! Hope to see you at Labor Day Camp! We’ve missed you...
